That’s where Eat with Clarity comes in.


What is the Eat with Clarity program?
Eat with Clarity is a 12-week 1:1 coaching program designed to help you heal your relationship with food and your body — for good. This is not a diet, a weight loss plan, or a “reset.” This is a complete shift in how you relate to eating, your body, and yourself.
I designed the 12-week Eat with Clarity Program to help women heal their relationship with food and their body — just as I did. The methods I use are the exact ones I relied on throughout my own journey, and I’ve now helped many other women find food freedom and body acceptance using the same approach.
This program isn’t a quick fix. It takes time, patience, and trust. But it's not going to leave you feeling lost and confused when the 12 weeks are over. Instead, Eat with Clarity gives you the solid foundations you need to make food freedom, body respect, and self-love part of your everyday life — for the rest of your life.

How to identify and remove yourself from the harmful effects of diet culture

How to make peace with food and release food fears so that you're no longer troubled by food shame or guilt

This is a 30-minute no-pressure space to connect, chat about your relationship with food and your body, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.
2. Join the 12-week Eat with Clarity program
If it feels right, you’ll begin your 12-week journey. This is a commitment to yourself — one that includes weekly coaching sessions and ongoing support. Payment is set up as a weekly subscription via direct debit over the course of the program.
3. Continue the work with ongoing food and body coaching
After the 12 weeks, many clients choose to continue with ongoing 1:1 support. This allows us to deepen the work, explore new challenges, and walk alongside you as life continues to evolve.
