About Me
Hi, I’m Tiara — Intuitive Eating & Body Image Coach, mum of three, and a fierce believer that you deserve more than a life spent obsessing over food, your body, or how to “fix” yourself.
Like many of the women I now work with, I spent years trapped in the cycle of dieting, bingeing, body shame, and chasing worth through weight loss. For 15 years, I tried every plan, program, and professional in search of health and happiness — and all it ever left me with was exhaustion, confusion, and guilt. I know firsthand how painful it is to feel like you're the problem when nothing works.
Everything changed when I discovered intuitive eating. Slowly, I began to unravel the conditioning I had carried since childhood — the rules, the restriction, the self-blame — and started to rebuild a relationship with food and my body that was rooted in trust, compassion, and care. It was one of the most empowering things I’ve ever done. Now, I help others do the same.
After spending over five years as a personal trainer helping women feel confident in their bodies through movement, I became an Intuitive Eating & Body Image Coach, trained in the principles of intuitive eating and body image healing. My approach is built on a mix of lived experience, professional education, and tools I’ve developed through years of personal healing — tools that now form the foundation of my 12-week Eat with Clarity program.
I believe in uncovering the hidden truths behind diet and wellness culture. I believe food should bring freedom, joy, and meaningful memories — not fear, guilt, or punishment. And I believe, with my whole heart, that your body is not the problem — and I’ll be right beside you as you begin to believe that, too.
In our work together, I’ll offer you a space that is calm, warm, and completely free of judgment — a space where you can be completely yourself, no matter where you're starting from. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your lived experience.
Outside of coaching, I’m a proud, family-oriented mum of an adventurous toddler, and bonus parent of two teenage boys. I love listening to podcasts, learning new things, and spending time outdoors — especially picnics and spontaneous adventures with the people I love.
If you're ready to stop fighting your body and start building a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food and yourself, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.
How I Spent 15 Years At War With My Body — And Finally Found Peace
Trigger Warning: contains descriptions of body shaming, disordered eating, and weight-related trauma. Please read with care and prioritise your wellbeing.
The first time I remember feeling self-conscious about my body, I was just five years old. It was the middle of summer at my grandparents’ house. My cousins and I were running around in the heat, carefree and laughing—until one moment changed everything. I sat down to rest, and my cousin pointed at my belly with disgust.
“Eww! Look at your fat tummy!” he yelled.
I looked down and saw my tummy rolls. Then I looked at my other cousin, who was sitting beside me—her tummy didn’t have rolls like mine. From that moment, a small seed was planted in my mind.
"Tummy rolls are bad" I thought to myself.

Why I became an
Intuitive Eating &
Body Image Coach
Breaking free from diet/wellness culture and healing my relationship with food and my body was one of the most freeing and empowering things I have ever done in my life. I became an Intuitive Eating & Body Image Coach because I believe everyone deserves to be free from the chains of diet/wellness culture and live a life of real food freedom, body respect, and self-love. The ability to eat intuitively is conditioned out of so many of us from such a young age — and it’s time we reclaim it, for good. I designed my 12-week program to guide you through your healing journey with the same tools that I used throughout mine.

The Eat with Clarity Method
The Eat with Clarity method is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and evidence-based tools. It’s about gently unlearning the toxic messages of diet culture and reconnecting with your body through the lens of Health at Every Size (HAES). Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to untangle the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that have kept you stuck — so you can build a more peaceful relationship with food and your body. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a powerful, sustainable shift toward freedom, trust, and feeling at home in yourself again.
