Eat with Clarity Sessions offer personalised support as you heal your relationship with food and your body. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, gently challenge diet culture beliefs, and help you move toward food freedom and body respect.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure I can continue to provide the best possible support for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If a session is cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply (for paid 1:1 sessions only). This policy allows me to manage my schedule effectively and offer appointments to those on my waiting list. Thank you for your understanding and respect for both our time.
